Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Gummy Machine website and Discord raffle bot. By creating a Workspace, authorizing payment, operating a raffle, or entering a raffle, you agree to them.
Workspace Responsibilities
Workspace owners are responsible for their Communities, Collab Managers, raffle rules, prizes, eligibility, legal compliance, and fulfillment. Operators must have authority to connect the Discord server and must not use Gummy Machine for unlawful lotteries, fraud, harassment, sanctions evasion, or misleading promotions.
Entries And Draws
Gummy Machine provides technical entry, validation, weighted-draw, code-distribution, and receipt tools. Follow and repost checks may use third-party APIs; other social actions may be participant attestations. API outages, account privacy, role changes, or incorrect participant information can affect eligibility. The Workspace operator controls manual review and final fulfillment.
Subscriptions And Base Payments
- Each Workspace is $49 per month or $499 per year, including additional Workspaces owned by the same account.
- An approved migration from another raffle bot is $29 for the first two successful monthly charges, then $49 per month. It does not apply to annual plans.
- Subscriptions use recurring USDC authorization on Base and renew automatically until canceled.
- Canceling stops future renewal and leaves paid access active through the current period. Deleting or transferring a Workspace requires affected Base renewal permissions to be stopped first.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law or when Gummy Machine approves a billing correction. Approved refunds are sent in USDC on Base to the original payer wallet and recorded against the original payment. Network fees and token-price consequences are not reimbursed.
Availability And Changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend abusive accounts, perform maintenance, change features, or revise future pricing with notice. Already-paid access remains governed by its recorded billing period.
Disclaimers And Liability
Gummy Machine does not custody prizes, guarantee mint access, guarantee social-platform API availability, or provide legal, tax, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gummy Machine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from a raffle, Community operator, third-party platform, blockchain, or wallet.
Termination
You may stop renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. Provisions concerning payments, raffle integrity, records, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
