Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Gummy Machine website and Discord raffle bot. By creating a Workspace, authorizing payment, operating a raffle, or entering a raffle, you agree to them.
Workspace Responsibilities
Workspace owners are responsible for their Communities, Collab Managers, raffle rules, prizes, eligibility, legal compliance, and fulfillment. Operators must have authority to connect the Discord server and must not use Gummy Machine for unlawful lotteries, fraud, harassment, sanctions evasion, or misleading promotions.
Entries And Draws
Gummy Machine provides technical entry, validation, weighted-draw, code-distribution, and receipt tools. Follow and repost checks may use third-party APIs; other social actions may be participant attestations. API outages, account privacy, role changes, or incorrect participant information can affect eligibility. The Workspace operator controls manual review and final fulfillment.
Plans And Payments
- Community plans are $49 per 30-day period, $135 per 90-day period, or $499 per 365-day period. Additional connected communities require available included or separately purchased slots. Applicable taxes and provider fees are disclosed at checkout.
- Where public trials are enabled, eligible Discord server owners may start one seven-day trial per owner and server. It starts after successful panel deployment and needs no payment upfront. Existing beta access follows its separately recorded dates.
- Card checkout through Whop authorizes an immediate payment and automatic renewal at the selected interval until canceled. Crypto checkout is a one-time prepaid purchase for the selected period and does not renew automatically. Paying starts the paid period immediately, including before a trial ends. There is no automatic charge merely because a trial expires.
- Canceling card renewal leaves paid access active through its current period. Renewing prepaid access before expiry adds the purchased days to the remaining paid period. Expiry stops new publishes and extensions; existing raffle fulfillment and retained records remain available. Deleting or transferring a Workspace requires affected automatic renewals and pending checkouts to be stopped first. Legacy Base subscriptions retain their previously authorized terms, including explicitly authorizing recurring USDC payments on Base.
Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law, the payment provider's applicable policies, or when GM approves a billing correction. Whop processes approved refunds against the original payment. A refunded or disputed payment may remove the access it purchased; other independently paid periods are retained. Legacy Base refunds follow the original payment's recorded refund process. Contact support for billing corrections.
Availability And Changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend abusive accounts, perform maintenance, change features, or revise future pricing with notice. Already-paid access remains governed by its recorded billing period.
Disclaimers And Liability
Gummy Machine does not custody prizes, guarantee mint access, guarantee social-platform API availability, or provide legal, tax, or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gummy Machine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from a raffle, Community operator, third-party platform, blockchain, or wallet.
Termination
You may stop renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. Provisions concerning payments, raffle integrity, records, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
